Day 1 Mandalay & Amarapura

Fly to Mandalay form Yangon with morning flight. Your local station guide will wait you at Mandalay airport. Visit the U Bein bridge, the longest teak bridge in the world, at three-fourths of a mile long and a highlight of the former royal city of Amarapura. The bridge connects Amarapura with a small, traditional Burmese village, where you’ll feel that you’ve taken a step back in time. Then view the famous Buddhist monastery of Mahagandayon, where more than a thousand monks live and study. Lunch at local restaurant. Check in hotel.

Then continue to visit the city of Mandalay, including (among others) following Points of Interest: The amazing Shwe Nan Daw Kyaung (golden palace) monastery – a superb example of a traditional wooden building. Kuthodaw pagoda – known as the world biggest book in the world, for its 729 stone slabs of Buddhist scriptures. The Royal Palace, the last residence of Burmese Kings. Then proceed to Maha Myat Muni Paya which is boasts a Buddha statue that was brought from Rakhine state in 1784, during the reign of King Bodaw Paya. A ceremony is held each morning, during which the face of the image is washed and polished. Visit local stone carving and gold leaf workshops.

Day 2 Ava & Mingun

After breakfast, proceed to to the former Royal Capital of Inwa (Ava) by car. When you arrive to jetty, take a short boat trip. Explore by horse-drawn carriage to visit Nanmyint Watch Tower, the remains of the palace building name “the leaning tower of Ava” Maha Aungmye Bonzan Monastery, built of brick and stucco and Bargayar Monastery, this place is famous for its impressive ornate woodcarvings and teak posts.

Lunch at local restaurant.

Then proceed to jetty by car. Take a boat trip to Mingun and visit the unfinished colossal Pathodawgyi Temple, as well as the largest ringing bell in the world. Then take another boat to Inwa, across the Irrawaddy river, then visit Inwa by horse cart.Interesting Places in Inwa as follow; Maha Aung Mye Bon Zan Monastery ( Me Nu Oak Kyaung),The Grand Bargayar Monastery, Watch Tower ( Nan Myint). Dinner at local restaurant.

Day 3 Pyin Oo Lwin @ Maymyo

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, drive – about 80 km/2 hours – on a scenic route to the cool hill station of Pyin Oo Lwin, together with your station guide. Visit to Maha Ant Htoo Kanthar pagoda. Visit the Pwe Kauk Waterfalls, a favorite picnic place for local people and a beautiful scenery of stone, water and cooling shadow. Lunch at local restaurant. Check in hotel. Visit & relax in the recently renovated National Kandawgyi Gardens. This botanical garden was built on Lake Kandawgyi by Alex Rodgers with the aid of Lady Cuffle in 1915. Covering an area of 436 hectares (1,077 acres), the park contains a wide variety of botanical attractions, including a large number of magnificent orchids and bamboo forests, and a rich array of landscapes – from a man-made wetland that visitors can explore via a wooden path, to vast woodland areas that make you feel like you are in the middle of a rainforest. In addition to the seasonal flowerbeds, with their many different colors, you can also marvel at diverse species of animals. Dinner at local restaurants.

Day 4 Gokteik Railway Viaduct

Breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast at the hotel, 0745 am, transfer to Rail way station for an adventurous train journey to Naung Pein village. The trains pass over Gokteik Railway Viaduct. When the Pennsylvania Steel company built the viaduct a 300 meters deep gorge a century ago, it was the second highest bridge in the world. The view from the train is fascination and the scenery is beautiful. At Naung Pein our driver is waiting for you. And come back to Pyin Oo Lwin. Lunch and dinner at local restaurants.

Day 5 Mandalay to Yangon

Breakfast at hotel. Free and easy.

After Lunch,check out form hotel and transfer to Mandalay Airport. Fly to Yangon.
