Early morning, walk to the market and buy all the provision for your forthcoming 2 days trek. This morning, start walking to the village about 1 hours by passing through mangoes, some crab apple trees and other seasonal crops arrive to the Danu Village of Tha Yet Kone Village, where villagers are making hand-made Bamboo Hat. Continue to walk up the hill by crossing some tea plantation and some crab apple trees through some local farm and enjoy the beautiful panoramic view over Pindaya Town and small lake, about 30 minutes arrive to Kyae Dwe Kone Village which Danu people are producing potato chips. The villages is situated on the hill and surrounding by big Bamboo forest. You can curious about how they make chips. Then walking down the hill about 1:30 minutes by passing through some tea plantation, coffee plant and overlooking a picturesquare lake and Shwe Oo Min Cave arrive to Htwe Ni, village of the Danu tribe and stop for a simple lunch. You will pass through the farming where the Danu cultivates cheroot, tea plantations, mangoes on the hillsides. The track crosses the valley floor before climbing very steeply again about 2 hours to another Danu village of See Kyat Inn. Stop for simple dinner (local cooking) and accommodation at a monastery in the village.

Day 2 See Kyat Inn – Pindaya (2-3 hours trek)
Simple breakfast. This morning, enjoy your walk through the hills. The path leads through several villages (1 hours to Taung Paw Gyi) where they produce Shan Tea in the traditional way. You will see the drying of the tealeaves and pass through the tea plantations. From the hills are great views on the surrounding Shan plateau. Return (1 hour walk from Taung Paw Gyi to Pindaya) .
Please note that you will have to buy the extra light food and soft drinks for the whole trip already in Pindaya. In the villages walk through, you cannot buy anything. There is no shop, restaurant, phone etc. Visitors will sleep in either private houses (local!) or monasteries. Please note, that everybody is sleeping in one and the same room and there is absolutely no privacy. Man and woman have to sleep separately! There are no showers or bathrooms and you have to wash yourself together with the other people (with a sarong). Monastery stay will be simple and basic.
For the trekking tour the following items are essential:
- good walking shoes
- warm jacket and cloths (nights can be very chilly)
- sarong and towels
- first aid kit
- trekking Stick
- mosquito repellent
- mosquito net
1) Trekking guide, the person who arrange food for the guest and porter
2) Drinking water bottles, snow towels, tea break, lunch, dinner, breakfast, donation fees
Trekking in during raining season or after a rain shower due to high humidity , the soil (which is clay) can become very slippery. It is advisable to always walk with trekking stick.
